WRONG OR CHANGED CONTACT INFORMATION
We would be grateful if you could contact us immediately at the contact email address at the bottom of the site so that you can modify your order in time. If the package has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes. If the product is returned, we will contact you to decide what to do next. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
PARCEL TRACKING
We offer tracked shipping for each order. You can see the progress of your package directly on our “Track my order” page accessible in the site menu. Please note that tracking information may take 3-5 days to update in the system.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED AFTER 25 DAYS
It may happen that your order takes longer than expected. Unfortunately, we do not have full control over the delivery process. Please contact us by email, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
ORDER SHOWN DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors first.
If 3 business days have passed since your package was marked as delivered and you have not received your order, please contact us by email.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
We have total confidence in our products, which is why we offer a 14-day right of return from receipt of your order, at no risk to you! Merchandise must simply be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, you will need to send us an email including a photo or video of the item informing us of your complaint. We will then contact you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
REIMBURSEMENT OF GOODS
Once your return has been inspected, we will contact you to issue a refund. The refund will be made to the payment method used during your payment.
RETURN FORM
We are very aware of the impact on our planet. As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we create positive change to contribute to a better future. These changes include removing return papers and order invoices from packages.
You will see that it is not necessary to have these documents, they can be sent by email.
So it makes sense not to include them. We always strive to do what is right and improve our impact on the world around us.
REFUND ON ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD
No, we can only process refunds to the original payment method. The only alternative is to offer gift (credit) cards for the full refund amount.
After-sales service period
Our after-sales service undertakes to respond to your emails within 24 to 48 hours. However, please take into account that in periods of strong crowds, this expectation can exceptionally extend up to a maximum of a week.

For the chest measurement: position the tape measure at the level of the tip of the breasts.
For the waistline: position the tape measure at the thinnest point of the bust.
For the hip measurement: position the tape measure at the widest point of the pelvis.

You bought an item of clothing from us and it doesn't fit you! Don't worry !
With us, the exchange of your clothing is possible by reading our “Returns and Refunds Policy”. With our money back guarantee, you have 14 days to try on your clothes (except certain clothes which cannot be returned).
❗️However, products intended for intimate use (underwear, etc.) as well as products subject to an exclusive reduction of at least -50% are not refundable (only partial refunds or product returns can be carried out depending on the case)

I AM BETWEEN 2 SIZES
If you have measured yourself and are between sizes, always size up rather than down. Since our clothing is made from premium, figure-hugging stretch fabric, the next size up should give you the perfect fit and support.

CARING FOR CLOTHES
Read the care label: Doing this will help avoid any mistakes in washing, drying, or ironing on the wrong setting. Make sure you understand the meaning of the symbols.
As a general rule, follow the following guidelines:
- Most of our sportswear is made from synthetic fibers such as nylon, spandex and polyester. It is this type of material that gives sufficient compression and stretch to our clothing. If the wash is set to a high temperature, it may become damaged and shrink. Another advantage of washing at low temperatures is that it is durable, high temperatures waste a lot of energy!
- Wash clothes with similar colors, to avoid color transfer in washing, especially for dark colored shapewear.
- Put clothes inside out (if applicable). Your clothes will be cleaned better because sweat, dead cells and bacteria accumulate and cause unpleasant odors.
- Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. It is best to air dry your shapewear to preserve its elasticity, otherwise its lifespan will be reduced. This also helps reduce our greenhouse gas emissions!

2. Select the right color and size.
3. Check the order quantity.
4. Click the “ADD TO CART” button.
5. Review all the items in your cart - if you are ready to complete your order, click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".
6. Finalize your order by filling in all the necessary information on the payment page: Customer data, delivery address, billing address, delivery method, payment information.
7. If you have a discount code, write it at the checkout stage.
8. Review your order once again, make sure you got the right item (chosen product(s), quantity, color and size).
9. Click “Complete Order” to begin the process of sending your package.

DISCOUNT CODE
Discount codes are case sensitive (uppercase, lowercase and space) and only one is applied per purchase.
You can apply it during the checkout process, on the right side that describes your order. There is a box that says "discount code"... Once you enter this code, click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.

We accept credit or debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro) as well as express payment options like Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our base currency is €, so if you are purchasing from abroad, please make sure you know the daily exchange rate for your currency at the time of transaction.
Have you received a prepaid gift card? You can use it to pay for your order.
We also offer a pay later option through Klarna. Please note that these options are NOT express checkout options as above, these pay later options are at the end of the order process. This is the same page where you have the option to pay with a credit or debit bank card.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed based on the availability of the items but also based on the availability of the sizes and colors you order.
During high volume periods, product availability may change while your order is processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed and leave our warehouses within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed starting Monday and will leave our warehouses within 2-3 business days.
Please note that orders are not processed during public holidays.
ITEM OUT OF STOCK
Don't worry ! Although we regularly replenish our stock, it may happen that we are out of stock. If this happens, send us an email and our support team will be able to let you know when our next product delivery will be.
